A free survey before you spend anything
We come to the site and look at the entrances, the boundary and the light before anybody quotes anything. The price then comes off a plan somebody has stood in front of, rather than off a phone call.
Installation by technicians we train ourselves
Our technicians train continuously on the equipment we distribute, so whoever installs your system can configure it as well as mount it.
After-sales support that answers
Sooner or later equipment fails, a gate jams or a storm takes out the power. It matters then whether anyone at the supplier picks up the phone, so we keep the parts for what we sell locally.
The people who will actually turn up
Pentagon Solutions started as a retail shop in 2020 and grew into a national distributor. The team is led by Eng. Mustafa Valibhai, and spans technical, sales and marketing.
Our technicians sit Hikvision training regularly, and the photographs above are from those sessions. It is the least glamorous part of this business and the one that decides how long an installation lasts.
